Very clean, and very polite and helpful. Our only issue was that they seem to only give you a new breakfast card when your room is cleaned. We are travelers from New York, so we spent most mornings sleeping in, and the cleaning lady leaves at 12:30 pm, so we never were able to get breakfast past the first day. There are stairs leading right to a more private section of the beach when you turn right from the entrance of the bnb. The front desk gives you free beach towels. The balcony to our room was so cute and perfect. Lovely ocean view.

TEN STARS! LOVE Love love this hotel and the family that owns it!!! They could not have been more welcoming and friendly and accommodating! Vincento is just Awesome! Everyone who works there truly cares about their guests and you can really feel that. I LOVED my room!!! The location is perfect! The view of the Mediterranean from my balcony was outstanding! Every morning they brought fresh, hot pastries and cappuccino right to my balcony for breakfast. I will be back many times in the future! Highly highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely family-run hotel in Positano. The room was clean, spacious, and offered an amazing sea view. Breakfast served in the room was a great way to start the day. The owners were so kind and helpful. When our ferry was cancelled, they immediately arranged public transportation for us. Everything was comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Positano!

Vincenzo was fantastic on advising where to go, restaurants etc. The lady that delivered breakfast each morning was a delight. Breakfast on the balcony was fabulous. The 2 guys that own the hotel were really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel, if come on the ferry make use of the porter for the cases, very hard work up the steps!

Location is up in the hills, which is a walk but near amazing restaurants. We stayed in a partial sea-view room and it was spacious with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious. Our stay was fantastic, the staff were unbelievably helpful with all our questions. They will help book transfers and navigate busses, ferries, and print out schedules for you if you need.
