Beautiful hotel with great service. The walk into town and down to the pier is not for the faint of heart. However, this goes for Positano in general and is not specific to this hotel. Nice breakfast spread. Everyone is super friendly!

Vacation in paradise!

This was our first trip to Positano. The hotel, the staff and our room was beyond expectations. There are no words to describe the view from our private balcony. I highly recommend this hotel, absolutely AMAZING!

Staff was GREAT…helped make any reservations for excursions we wanted to do…hotel very clean…breakfast buffet awesome…NO STEPS…and central local bus stop by entrance to hotel…we could leisurely walk downhill to the beach and catch the bus back to our hotel…I have stayed there three times now…just got back from a great trip staying there 8 nights…took my granddaughter (18)…I am 74 and we enjoyed everyday…memories made!!!

Clean room and nice hotel on the top of mountain. Nice view. We booked a family suit which in description said there is separate bedroom and picture show 2 connection room when we arrived they gave us one single room with 3 bed when we talk to staff , first they denied and when we showed them the description then they Maria the front desk hesitantly and rudely changed the room that actually we booked for. Otherwise the room was cleaned and brand new .

On the whole good. A bit tired in places which you expect in Italian hotels. Breakfast was not the greatest! Convenient location provides a good workout up and down the hill to the beach.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Their positioning within Positano provides a beautiful view and a manageable walk down to the beach. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in Positano and we went to more than 15 over the course of five days. The staff was unbelievable. The rooms are luxurious.

The staff was super helpful…. Family suite did NOT have a separate bedroom as stated in the description. No partial sea view. No gym and the jacuzzi was broken. Great location and nice pool!

The staff at Hotel Posa Posa was extremely friendly and fun, engaging with our teenage children, as well. They helped us with everything such as directions, bus information, and restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was very large and clean with an amazing view overlooking the town and water. The hotel was in a perfect area to walk to town, but also right next to a bus stop, and near a lot of excellent restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent, as well. For the price, you can’t beat it!

Lovely property with caring staff. The dining room was excelling and beds were comfortable. Super easy to get around. We went up and down hundreds of stairs and lots of town streets. But, there were lots of taxis and buses if you did not want to walk.
