「Awesome stay」

「Absolutely disappointing experience. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and far below acceptable standards. The lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, and the unprofessional behavior made the experience even worse. Guests pay for a clean room and respectful customer service, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on both. I would not recommend staying here, and I definitely would not return. Management needs to do better.」

「Good!」

「Went here for my daughter’s birthday. Enjoyed the restaurant, the food was delicious. Loved the outdoor space and lights and decor. Liked the Smeg fridges in the room.」

「We needed a place to stay on short notice and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The front desk team was welcoming and made checking in effortless after a long drive. Our room was immaculate, quiet, and well-designed with plenty of charging outlets and comfortable bedding. Breakfast in the morning kept fully stocked, and the overall property is very well-maintained. Highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Lubbock!」

「Luvd the cleaness of the rooms」

「Staff was very kind. The breakfast was good. The room 231 was very foul smelling with wet carpet by the refrigerator.」
