All staff members are attentive, genuinely helpful, and proactive in solving problems. Every staff member seems happy and truly welcoming, making you feel appreciated as a guest on vacation. You can also book a penguin tour directly through the hotel at a very reasonable price.」

「Court passage mais très agréable. La chambre était confortable, douche chaude, personnel très sympathique et aidant. On m’a préparé une lunch box car je partais toute la journée et ils ont aussi gardé mon sac en sécurité jusqu’à 22:30. Ma chambre était dans une extrémité de l’auberge et le wifi arrêtait de fonctionner souvent.」

「Nice small hotel about 1K from bus station. Also close to Mirador Cerro De La Cruz. Double room is small but nicely decorated with amenities in good order. Continental breakfast served is also good with fresh fruits.」

The hotel staff promised the charge when we checked in, but after we leave the hotel several days later, they charge additionally to our credit card. There is no reply to our email, which makes people very frustrated and disappointed at this kind of service. We would never recommend people to use this hotel in their travel. 」

「The staff helped get us a ride from the airport to the hotel before we arrived. The rooms were clean. The shower pressure amazing. When we woke they were ready with coffee and a great spread for breakfast. Would recommend this place for sure!」
