The Blue star House Hotel is on a 1way street, which is very quiet and peacefull. Very close to lots of restaurants and bistro bars. Close to a couple of shops, and very nice area on the edge of old southsea area.

Decent value for an overnight stay.
This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where I have met neither other residents, nor staff. You are provided with key codes for the front door and your room. The accommodation reminded me or my student days. A bed, a second-hand desk and some shelves, with a communal kitchen area. But the bed was comfortable and I slept like a log. I arrived late and was up for an early meeting the next day, so this was all I needed. The price was very reasonable, so I consider this decent value.

Superb location. Parkings abit tricky but i got lucky on the street right outside. The place is immaculate new furnished. I will defo stay again when in pompey.

Blue Star House Southsea
A non hosted property but very clean, comfy and convenient. I didn't see another guest for my stay, so also quiet.

Clean and comfortable
Excellent value for money and great location. Parking can be difficult although resident permits available if you can find a space. Bathroom radiator was on all night and not sure how to turn off.

The property is in a quiet road in Southsea, however parking is extremely limited and after midnight loud and noisy students walk between the bars and their rooms. The overhead "Rain" shower is not good and water pressure is rubbish. Kitchen was well stocked, but other guests didn't keep it so clean as required. However, I did enjoy the three days and would stay again.

Good stay, clean house and the staff is helpful
Emma was very friendly and helpful. The house is clean and they provide everything you need (iron, coffee, tea..) you can buy your stuff and put it in the fridges.. The only issue was the parking as it was difficult to find a place but there are several options available as they give you a parking authorisation for the KC area..

The place was lovely only a few things I find that would of been better is there was no light near the bed, did not like the code 2 get in the room, as battery empty before I left could not get in my room,had 2 ring someone 2 come over, no phone number in case of emergence, part from that everything was ok

Very clean and well organized.
Conveniently positioned offering no frills but clean and tidy overnight stay. Great, well considered kitchen facility with all conveniences including washing machines and dishwashers

Overnight stay.
We booked this at short notice. The accommodation was clean, and the kitchen appeared clean although we had taken our own tea-making so did not feel comfortable using this with Covid. We found the room, semi-basement, very hot and stuffy. One window unable to open and the other letting in very little air due to being largely below ground.

Very good.
All very good - the "free on site parking" consists of essentially one space, so off site is almost always the case, but with a supplied ticket, so it is free - good communication from the management, regular text updates. Nice and central for everything.

Good value and central
I stayed for two nights as I am a graduate of University of Portsmouth, I had to leave early due to something I had to do but the hotel refunded the remaining fees. The hotel is central and well-presented and has a large lounge and kitchen which can be used. The other guests seemed to be medical staff from the QA hospital which I enjoyed meeting

Stayed for one night . Enjoyed the peace and quiet. The only issue I have is with limiting parking even tho you kindly supplied a parking permit it is still a major problem other then that all was fine.

Great place to stay,
Brilliant stay Charlotte rang and made sure i knew how to get in and were my parking permit was and if i needed anything just to call her, excellent service, clean tidy warm rooms , lovely kitchen, everywhere spotless , price great , i work at the Pyraminds on a regular basis i will be booking again close to food outlets etc
