不喜歡：住宿環境和硬體

地址位置好，性价比不高，房间隔音差，餐厅服务体验感超级差！

为了天空岛波特里小镇的绝佳地理位置，整个小镇也没有很多酒店，大多都是民宿或者餐饮。在夏季热门的时间段里，价格和住宿的水准不能相提并论。房间相对干净，比较大，但是隔音不是很好，我整晚都能听见隔壁小孩哭闹的声音。早餐的服务人员也有问题，对待我们并不是很热情。在住宿期间，我们在酒店预订了一次晚餐，一行6人，我们人没到齐就不让我们点餐，白白等了半小时，另外，上餐时间也等了很久，没有服务员给我们主动服务过。点了牛排，结果整个牛排都是焦的，还说没问题。餐厅体验特别差。

酒店房的窗口可以望到海邊。以舊式酒店來說，房間中的配套已經很好。不過要行樓梯上酒店房間，沒有電梯乘搭。對於搬重行李的人來說，非常吃力。附近近超級市場，所以購買食物及日常用品非常方便。

Excellent location in this small quaint town of Portree and has an excellent restaurant where I had some delicious Monkfiah with rice and chorizo. The carpeting is terrible throughout but a good place to stay.

The staff was prompt and helpful with any questions we had. Our room was clean and in working order. Breakfast was very tasty!

Average hotel in a lovely position

Lovely location to explore Skye, but whilst the hotel is not bad it is not great either. Everything was just average. It does have a small hotel carpark which was good but it was a poor breakfast

The view of the bay was beautiful. From there just average—. The hotel is well-located but the hotel and guest rooms need to be renovated. Bathroom tub was gray and stained. Sinks provide separate cold and hot water. Can’t get warm. Staff was average. You had to ask for assistance. Additionally, restaurant/bar closes at 8:00. We arrived at 7:45 so had to seek foos outside hotel, and most options were closed.

Great location. No elevator so if your having mobility issues forget it. They try to help. The mattresses need to be changed can feel the springs. Breakfast was good but if you come a little later serve is limited.

Great location and spacious rooms

Loved the hotel, location, and free breakfast. Parking was convenient. Rooms are large. Check in was slow - had to wait for a single front desk staff member to get off the phone and check us in. The evening front desk attendant was busy eating dinner when we needed assistance. Morning desk service at check out was great. A little confusing that our credit card was charged at the hotel when our other charges were done through hotels.com, so a little concerned about double charging.

Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen von Portree und das große Bett war neu und sehr bequem. Allerdings war der Rest des Zimmers und auch vieles im Hotel einfach alt und herunter gekommen, z.B. die müffelnden Einbsuschränke aus den 1960er Jahren, in die wir einfach unsere Sachen nicht packen wollten. Das schottische Frühstück ist sehr gut, v.a. die Rühreier mit 2 Sorten wirklich leckerem Lachs. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum fanden wir allerdings sehr bedrückend. Wir hatten super Glück, dass wir am 1. Abend nicht einen Platz im Hotelrestaurant bekommen haben, im August ist SLS überlaufen und ausgebucht, und das Essen war echt prima, unbedingt Meeresfrüchte nehmen, sie sind wirklich frisch und lecker. Es gibt nur einen sehr kleinen Hotelparkplatz, gesichert mit Kette und Schloss, aber wir hatten immer Glück und haben noch einen Platz bekommen.

Worst hotel ever

The hotel staff was very rude and didn’t provide room as agreed on reservation. They didn’t care because they thought their hotel was very “popular”. They treated customers bad.
