Fantastic view and nice location. Easy walk to restaurants and port. Hotel is quite dated but clean. Unfortunately, most of the staff was very unfriendly and asking simple questions seemed to be an annoyance to most of them. Such a disappointment since all of our other experiences in Italy were fabulous.

I stayed 2 night with no air conditional working properly at all. I had to open the door to have some cold. The toilet wasn’t working and they repaire it the last night after that I complained 5 times. The only response it the receptionist is (you see the hotel is old). Breackfat is not perfect at all. No frais juice at all and the crois and bad quality

Gedateerd Hotel op top plek met oude grandeur

Top plek in gedateerd hotel ,personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam , eten goed zowel ontbijt als diner ( ook diner prijs normaal) , kamer klein en oud kort bed en 2 oude harde stoeltjes echt jammer dit geld niet waard , zwembad met badmeester dat is dan weer goed wel om 18.30 dicht . eigen parkeer plaats voor €20 per dag is wel aan te bevelen ivm drukke omgeving , het is Italiaanse oude grandeur en daar betaal je voor dus dat snappen wij niet helemaal we zijn in verglijbaar hotel weest maar dan 30% goedkoper dan klopt het wel maar dit is te duur .

Très bel hôtel au bord de mer, mais un 4 étoiles un peu vieillissant Situé à quelques pas du centre. Idéal pour les excursions en bateau. Joli petit restaurant typique dans les alentours. Garage sous l’hôtels pour votre voiture . Piscine à l’eau de mer sur la terrasse avec vue sur la baie.

Bästa läget för att utforska Cinque Terre!

Perfekt läge när man skall utforska Cinque Terre. Även Porto Venere som by är väldig pittoresk och trevlig. Fantastisk natur samt möjlighet till båtturer och vandringsleder Väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Rummen håller inte riktigt samma klass som resten men är ändå helt ok.

Wäscheservice ging zu lang, Zimmer war gegen den Berg und keine Meersicht für 180 Euro. Kaffee aus der Maschine war miserabel, Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Le personnel au top et un cadre magnifique! Quelque modernisations a faire au niveaux de l'Hôtel. Au niveaux des chambres surtout, pour un 4* il faut un peu plus de qualité. Bon sejour, je retournerai sans hésiter!

L'hotel non può essere considerato un 4 stelle, anzi! La struttura è molto datata: in camera ho trovato pavimenti rotti, infissi ed arredi anni '60/'70 (vecchi, non vintage!) rovinati e scrostati, cassetti dei comodini e dell'armadio rivestiti di carta (come faceva mia nonna), tinteggiature"spugnate" stile anni '70; sui tavoli della colazione roselline di plastica scolorite in vasetti di peltro; nelle parti comuni divani scrostati e tavolinetti con cromature arrugginite; la colazione è buona, ma niente di particolarmente ricercato o raffinato (tutto con le "macchinette"); poca chiarezza anche nel pagamento della prenotazione (poi chiarito, ma che ha creato equivoci). Nessun upgrade, nonostante l'hotel e la SPA quasi completamente liberi; al momento del check-in né in nessun altro momento ci è stata data informazione riguardo l'uso della palestra e l'accesso alla SPA; a noi non interessava, ma a nessuno è venuto in mente di offrirci comunque informazioni in merito. Non torneremo.

We had 6 days at the hotel recently and had a pleasant stay. We had a sea view suite because we had read that some rooms were small. The room and whole hotel was incredibly dated and the shower tiny. Breakfast was very basic. I felt that it was over priced.

The location was fabulous. The pool area was great but sooo much chlorine that it was toxic and pool staff was awful - rude, lazy, unfriendly. The hotel is dated and needs a major facelift. Room view was good - bathroom old and small and not nice - basically everything needs to be upgraded. This property should not be a four star - without the location, it would be a two star maybe. Restaurant was poor - breakfast unimpressive - all pre wrapped foods. And we learned that in the past the hotel also owned the Sporting Beach across the street which would have been a nice amenity. It's name is misleading.This hotel is owned by the same family who owns the Grand Hotel which has been completely renovated and is lovely, though in a noisier part of town and does not have a pool.

Not worth the money

I stayed for two nights and the only thing this hotel has going for it is it’s fantastic view and great pool area. Otherwise it is dated and in dire need of renovation. The staff isn’t very motivated and lots of things cost extra (e.g. Parking €20 per day). Wi-Fi reception is abysmal except for lobby area. Even there it’s patchy at best. This is definitely overpriced and not a four star experience (no working air condition in my room), not even for Italian standards.

Lovely stay

Very impressed with this hotel. We had a suite with a beautiful sea view and large balcony. The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff are excellent. A nice easy 15 minute walk into town.
