「Have stayed at Niu D'Aus before but not for about 9 years. Staff extremely helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Pool very clean but not really suitable for poor swimmers as becomes quite deep very quickly. Good location in a very quiet area. 」

「We stayed at Cala d'Or Playa last year and booked it straight away when we got home as we had loved it so much. It did not disappoint the second time round. The room was clean as was around the pool and bar/restaurang areas. The staff are friendly and work very hard and my youngest loved the entertainment crew and joined many of the activities and games. The slides are great fun for the kids and the main pool layout is great for all to enjoy. People do get io early to get the sunbeds they want...

「Lovely clean hotel. Never felt so busy you could not find a sunbed. The dining room was always busy but the staff did an excellent job at restocking items. The hotel was ideally located in sa coma so that local shops and restaurants were within easy reach. The kids loved the pool with the inflatable cushion.」

「Amazing stay with a fun resort vibe! The rooms are huge—tons of space to relax and unwind. The hotel has a great resort-style feel, which made the whole experience even better. You can pay extra for a drinks package (I didn’t), but even without it, I had full access to all areas of the property. My favorite part was the live entertainment in the evenings—especially the karaoke nights, which were a blast!」

「Lovely, modern hotel perfect and ideal for kids yet it still felt peaceful in July. All the staff were helpful and friendly. There a few niggles such a no extractor fan in the kitchen and the lights not workijg initially however all and all a lovely trip. We will definitely book again! 」

「Nice modern and very clean apartment. The breakfast and diner buffet was a really good value. There are so many interesting choices of restaurants at the marina a few blocks away. My son lived the swimming pools, however most of the area is about 160 cm deep. The location was further from my favourite beaches however close to the beach next to the port. Very close to the boardwalk for an evening walk. Still close to everything in town as it takes at most 20 minutes to reach the furthest...

「I booked this hotel in Jan.,unluckily they are closed in low season. But the staff was very helpfully trying to relocate me to other hotel.( They could have cancelled my reservation without asking me. ). I appreciate very much for high quality of the staffs’ performance. I am pretty sure I would like to stay in their hotel next time when I travel.」

「We returned from the Ariel Chico yesterday after a fantastic 10 days. The hotel is exceptionally well run with all staff being attentive, friendly and hardworking. Our room was large and well equipped, also very clean. The hotel grounds are well kept and there is obviously a lot of pride that goes into the appearance of the hotel. Food was varied and of a good standard, there was always enough, with staff constantly replenishing any empty areas. I have not travelled all inclusive previously,...
