「Das Zimmer war super sauber & wurde jeden tag gründlich gereinigt. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Von dem leckeren Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl & der super Bar, brauche ich gar nicht erst anfangen. Das Hotel ist wirklich eine 1 mit Stern! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für die grandiose Zeit!」

「The house was lovely with an infinity pool and sea/ sunset view. Location is great with 3 nice beaches in Costa Paradiso itself and several nice restaurants / places for coffee /cocktails overlooking the sunset in walking distance or a short drive. The agent met us at the property and showed us around the resort. The only thing it could do with is a barbecue / outside dinner table.」

「It was a TERRIBLE experience. My wife and I planned this vacation months in advance and upon arrival we were disappointed. The room we booked did not have proper air conditioning. It was actually the only preference I requested from the host Sonia in advance. She lied to me every time I inquired that the AC was working well. When we arrived it was hot, humid and sticky in the room, Sonia said to wait it will cool down with time. When my wife brought it up to her 5 hours later she came over told...

「Sehr kleines Zimmer mit kaum Ablagemöglichkeit für das Gepäck. Muffiger Heuch im Zimmer, vermutlich aus dem Abfluss im Bad. Restaurant geht gar nicht. Absolut überteuert und kaum Auswahl. Personal außer an der Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich.」

There was no lengthy 20-minute check-in process—just a warm welcome and a quick, seamless check-in, which was exactly what we needed after a very long day of travelling. The breakfast was excellent too, with a great selection and everything beautifully prepared. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.」

「La struttura e' curata bene, con tutti i confort a disposizione. Se non fosse stato per essermi rovinato la vacanza per la dissenteria che abbiamo avuto davo 5 stelle. D'altronde sto scrivendo al servizio clienti Bluserena da tre giorni ma non mi cagano di striscio.」
