First night they moved us 3 times. The rooms were horrible. AC dripping water in one, TV not working in the other two. No internet most days… they charged for things we didn’t know about… overall just terrible. The last 3 days they moved us (a 4th time) and the room was somewhat decent. I’d like my money back

Except for the cleaning and the restaurant crew, staff was rude, dismissive and even mocking at times. The area has nothing to offer after 5pm or o n the weekends. Will not stay there again.

Outrora foi melhor

Prós: Limpeza, Atendimento, Quarto excelente e lindo, dependências do hotel muito linda : recepção e restaurante. Contra: luz do arcondicionado não apaga à noite, toalhas não estavam cheirosas, pela manhã chuveiro quente não funcionou, sai água do boxe e molha o banheiro, café da manhã muito simples ( da outra vez que estivemos no hotel tinha mais diversidades. Agora só tinha um bolo, poucas frutas, salgados simples e com muita calabreza e presunto que não comemos), pouquíssimas variedades de comidas no café, tv com pouquíssimos canais disponíveis, estacionamento é mais destinado aos Procuradores do município de Porto Velho e não dos hóspedes. Enfim, pelo preço das diárias poderia ser bem melhor. Se melhorarem esses aspectos, ficará hotel perfeito, haja vista é lindíssimo e tem uma vista linda do último andar.

Péssima recepcionista!

Sempre ficava no Oscar por seu excelente atendimento, ótimo café da manhã e conforto. Nos último anos passei a frequentar outro hotel, resolvemos voltar ao Oscar e tivemos uma grande decepção com atendimento logo no check-in a recepcionista mal educada, primeiro fiz a reserva para um quarto e ela colocou em outro, quando voltamos à recepção para questionar que aquele não era o quarto da reserva ela foi grossa dizendo que na última vez q estivemos lá tinha sido naquele quarto, e não era, pedi a troca de quarto, a moça de muito mal gosto colocou em outro. Pedimos cabides pois não tinha nenhum no quarto e não foi levado, perguntamos sobre o frigobar que não gelava nada e a mesma recepcionista disse que era daquele jeito mesmo, água quente. No outro dia ao sairmos pedimos a limpeza do quarto e a mais uma vez a mesma recepcionista foi mal educada nem se quer olhou para gente e quando voltamos a noite o quarto estava sujo. Recepcionista da noite gentilmente sugeriu a troca do apto inclusive relatando que na nossa última estadia lá tínhamos ficado em outro quarto no andar superior e nos realocou lá. Perguntamos a recepcionista sobre a piscina se iria liberar no sábado pois ainda estava suja e a moça disse que já estava liberada, sendo que lá na área estava tudo desmontado ainda e a piscina com produto, a moça não fez questão nenhuma de verificar a informação e nos dizer. Foi uma decepção!
