O Hotel é confortavel e a equipe é muito prestativa e atenciosa. Ha um grande inconveniente: o hotel não oferece almoço e tem um jantar muito limitado, no cardapio e no tempo ( somente de 2 a sexta feira). Para quem esta viajando a trabalho, isto traz desconforto grande, principalmente considerando os horarios de voo de chegada e saida de Porto Velho

Preço não faz jus as condições do quarto.

Sempre vou à PVH e ficava em outro hotel da mesma categoria porém, desta vez resolvemos conhecer o Golden, estávamos em família, e não foi como esperávamos. O quarto que nós colocaram estava com condições ruins para a a categoria que hotel vende. Pia do banheiro entupia e a torneira sempre ficava derramando água, ralo do banheiro também entupia, vaza água para fora do box, também tem vazamento na base do vaso sanitário que deixava sempre molhando, forro do banheiro ruim. Ar condicionado teve um problema de barulho e derramar água também, mas este foi resolvido prontamente. Alguns recepcionistas da noite não eram como os do dia. Área da piscina é excelente, estacionamento muito amplo. Limpeza muito boa. Os relatos são por conta da categoria do hotel que está precisando melhorar as condições de alguns quartos, este era um quarto triplo, casal e uma criança. Não voltaria.

Péssima experiência! Wi-Fi não funciona e a água quente do chuveiro também não funciona! O que se espera de um hotel numa viagem de negócios é uma boa estrutura de rede e um bom banho e este hotel falhou feio nos dois aspectos!
