Tive uma experiência bastante positiva durante minha estadia no hotel. Desde a chegada, fui bem recebido por uma equipe cordial e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e atender às necessidades com agilidade. O processo de check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e com boa estrutura. A cama era confortável, a roupa de cama de qualidade, e os itens básicos — como toalhas, sabonetes e papel higiênico — estavam devidamente disponíveis. A climatização funcionava bem e havia isolamento acústico suficiente para garantir uma boa noite de sono. O café da manhã foi outro ponto positivo: variedade de frutas, pães, bolos e bebidas, tudo fresco e bem apresentado. O restaurante do hotel também oferecia boas opções de refeições, com preços razoáveis e atendimento atencioso. A área comum do hotel estava bem conservada, com ambiente agradável. Dependendo da estrutura do local, destaco também a presença de academia, piscina e espaços de convivência como diferenciais que valorizam a experiência do hóspede. A hospitalidade dos funcionários certamente é o ponto alto da pousada, assim como o conforto do quarto. Pela manhã os passarinhos tomam café conosco e a paz reinou nesse lugar. Indico mil vezes. Fui sozinha e não tive problema algum. É perto da Passarela do Álcool, um dos principais pontos de lazer.

Não há nada perfeito que nao posso melhorar...

Foi muito boa a estadia ,quartos confortáveis, limpeza muito boa ,porém só precisa de uma secadora ou um ambiente para secar toalha e as roupas de banho, estive na pousada em um período de chuva e as toalhas custavam a secar no quarto. Sobre o café da manhã era perfeito e quero parabenizar as meninas da cozinha pela simpatia ,e pelo excelente trabalho. O local da pousada é excelente ,fica próximo de tudo e de várias praias lindas ,as piscinas da pousada são ótimas...foram dias muitos agradáveis na tropica beach ...

Muito boa, mas cuidado com o chão muito liso

Foi muito agradável, porém ficamos em um quarto que, para acessar o banheiro, era precisa descer escadas em cimento queimado extremamente lisas. Tive uma queda que me levou ao hospital. Meu filho também sofreu uma queda, por conta do chão muito liso do quarto.

A pousada é bem aconchegante. Quartos novinhos com TV smart. Piscina e hidro com água aquecida. Ponto negativo: o vaso estava entupido, o banheiro molha todo durante o banho, só trocam toalhas a cada 3 dias. Café da manhã muito fraco. Recusaram servir um colo de água.
