Atendeu nossas espectativas

A estadia foi tranquila, e o hotel atendeu nossas expectativas. Um super ponto positivo é ser pé na areia. Desceu do quarto já tá na praia. Apesar de ser longe do centro, o ponto das vans é em frente a pousada, o que facilitou muito o nosso transporte de ida/vinda ao centro. A pousada também possui bar, mas infelizmente, não tem um serviço na praia ativo, na maioria das vezes precisamos ir até o bar lá dentro para pegar bebidas. A água também não é das melhores, parece ser água de reuso, um pouco salobra, então tomar banho não era tão reconfortante assim. O café da manhã era fraco, mas tinha os essenciais: pão, queijo, café e frutas. Também achei que poderiam divulgar mais o que a pousada oferece, no geral. No café da manhã tinha tapioca feita na hora, mas só descobrimos isso no penúltimo dia porque ouvimos outra hóspede pedir. No terraço também havia um espaço reservado para agendar uma sessão de massagem com uma profissional, mas também não foi informado em momento algum, só vimos que tinha quando estávamos indo embora. Mas no geral, gostamos da estadia. A pousada era limpa, organizada e possuía uma estrutura bem nova. A piscina e todas as dependências estavam limpas todos os dias que ficamos hospedados. Além disso, o quarto era muito bom também, cama, travesseiros e roupas de cama muito confortáveis.

Vale a pena pelo custo benefício

O hotel é tudo novo e bem funcional. Quartos bem distribuidos, camas confortáveis e boa ducha. O ponto alto está no café da manhã com a vista paradisíaca. A tapioca ou omelete feita na hora são ótimas. Vale a pena se hospedar ali. Um pouco longe do centro de arraial e mais perto de porto seguro, pois está ao lado da balsa. Estar pé na areia é uma delícia. Os drinks e serviço de praia são bem executados.

Precisa melhorar

Hotel tinha tudo pra ser bom, porém deixou a desejar em quase todos os aspectos, a localização é o único ponto forte que achei, vista muito bonita e o funcionário Gilson muito atencioso. Café da manhã muito ruim e sem opções, internet ruim, um dia ficamos sem internet, trabalhei usando 4G do celular pois o wi-fi era ruim. O quarto básico só a cama e frigobar, sentir falta de um criado mudo, e não tinha interruptores para acerder as iluminação perto da cama , chuveiro elétrico domestico e sem pressão. Única coisa que me agradou foi a localização (vista) e atenção do funcionário Gilson. Conselho por favor melhore esse café da manhã, pois tive que comer somente pão e queijo todos os dias e ainda teve um dia que fui informado que o queijo tinha acabado, a piscina poderia funcionar até às 22 hrs porém só funciona até às 18.
