Uma ótima experiência!

As instalações são simples, mas tudo em bom estado e impecavelmente limpo. Tem tudo que é indispensável: cama gostosa, chuveiro bom, ar condicionado e internet funcionando bem. Os itens do café da manhã estavam todos bem gostosos, sem contar a cordialidade dos colaboradores.

Maravilhoso!

Excelente hotel, atendimento excepcional, todos os funcionários muito educados e solicitos. Localização muito boa, próximo ao aeroporto e passarela do álcool. Café da manhã simples, porém muito bom. Piscina limpa e boa, quarto com ar condicionado, adorei a estadia e quando voltar a Porto Seguro já sei onde vou me hospedar.

As únicas melhorias ao meu ver, seria modernizar a porta e janela, a mesa da área externa, e alguns itens do quarto (mas nada que influencie negativamente), e a piscina não tinha uma aparência muito transparente da água, apesar de ser ver diariamente sua limpeza. Os atendentes muito atenciosos, sobretudo o casal de proprietários, que pessoalmente atendem aos hóspedes. Talvez pudesse ter mais um funcionário 24 horas para auxiliar nas demandas extras, como serviços de cozinha (como esquentar alimentos, talheres, copo...). Mas o custo-benefício é inegável e não lhe falta nada, a avaliação é para melhorar ainda mais!

Podia ser bom, mas...

Atendimento sempre cordial e atencioso. No entanto tem vários pontos de melhoria. Café da manhã é honesto. A cama do quarto não era de boa qualidade, colchão excessivamente mole. Tive também um incidente, havia água sanitária em uma garrafinha de água próximo a área do frigobar, o qual coloquei na minha boca por engano e nao ingeri por sorte. A equipe do hotel se desculpou pela falha e apenas isso. Pelo valor pago (temporada de réveillon) o serviço fica muito a desejar.

Hotel muito bom! O hotel tem aparência que foi feito a partir de um casario antigo, preservando o lado externo. Por dentro, é bem ornamentado e miito agradável. O café é uma delícia.

Vi boas referências mas saí decepcionada

Após tentar contato com hotel por 2 dias (tel e whatsapp) para saber valor da diária, reservei pelo hoteis.com e recebi do site e da operadora do cartão a confirmação da reserva. 1 dia antes da ida, recebi msg do estabelecimento avisando que não havia sido debitado em meu cartão(?) então a reserva não estava garantida. Liguei e confirmaram a reserva. Chegamos às 9 e nos foi liberado o quarto, porém não tinha TV e era ao lado da cozinha, pedi para trocar e fui informada que não poderia. No dia seguinte acordamos antes das 7 devido ao barulho intenso do preparo do café. Após pedirmos, foi colocada uma SmartTV, sem o controle, solicitamos mas n conseguimos sintonizar nenhum canal, nem conectar a internet. Por tais razões, classifiquei o checkin com "carinha triste" o que fez com que a esposa do dono me tratasse com grosseria no momento da minha saída, onde, ao explicar que nem havia dado continuidade ao processo de avaliação, fato que já havia dito ao dono, a mesma ignorou o que falava e disse que "não adianta depois que faz um mal querer se justificar". Então se um hóspede tendo motivo como eu tive, não fica satisfeito, é hostilizado? Gostaria de salientar o ponto positivo que foi o dono adiantar o café da manhã no dia do concurso, visto muitos hóspedes como eu, irem fazer a prova. Sobre liberar o quarto antes do horário, todos hotéis que já me hospedei fazem isto, bem como guardar as malas quando fazemos o checkout, é o mínimo de cordialidade para com o hóspede.
