Great place and location but staff needs training

Amazing location, in front of the sea and not so far from the center where all the restaurants are located. Beautiful and spacious room, with A/C and sea view. The only issue was the service. On my last day I was ready to leave my room at 11:35 (check in time is 11:30) and the employee came saying she wanted to “negotiate “ the room. I told her I was leaving and left after 3 more minutes but left with a bad impression and a sense of untrained staff. Did she want to charge me for staying 5 more minutes? I thought this to be an unnecessary stress to the client and honestly, quite rude.

Escolha boa para um custo x beneficio. Pousada bem pé na areia, funcionários simpáticos. Mas sem muitos luxos, boa para um dia inteiro na praia e voltar apenas pra dormir.

Maravilhosa

Pousada muito boa, localizada mais afastada do centro, mas muito tranquilo de ir a pé. Além de ser na beira da praia, vista muito bonita, café da manhã muito bom, quarto limpo e confortável.

Esta pousada fica um pouco longe das ruas principais, o jardim poderia ser mais bem tratado. Não gostamos do café da manhã apesar da simpatia das funcionárias. A limpeza é boa mas poderia ser melhor, porque tinha alguns pequenos insetos dentro do quarto, portanto os quartos deveriam ser dedetizados constantemente. O bom da pousada é que é silenciosa e de frente para o mar.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa! Todos os funcionários são atenciosos. Cheguei bem antes do check-in, o quarto ainda não estava disponível, mas pude deixar minha mala na recepção e aproveitar o dia na praia. O café da manhã é excelente e com vista para o mar.

Gostamos muito do hotel, de frente à praia, muito verde. Café da manhã muito bom. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Única coisa é que difícil das pessoas em Caraiva te darem o local o exato onde fica o hotel - pois parece q teve mudança no nome- andamos bastante e a mais, até encontrar. Tirando isso - a estadia foi muito boa. Voltaríamos com certeza.

Ótima

A estadia com minha filha foi maravilhosa, a pousada tem uma diária com valor bom devido ao fato de ficar de frente para o mar de Caraiva, poder contemplar o barulho do mar a noite é realmente Divino. Os meninos da pousada nos atenderam com uma educação e muito prestativos. A única coisa que fiquei decepcionada foi porque estava louca para comer um bolo no café da manhã e não tinha e o pão de queijo contado. Mas agradeço pela estádia

Pousada simples e localização boa

É uma pousada simples mas muito bem localizada, em frente ao mar temos uma vista linda e o som relaxante do mar de noite para dormir. Acho que é um bom custo benefício quando comprado com outras pousadas da cidade. Eu me hospedaria novamente no local.

Dias perfeitos

Ficamos no quarto 2 e amamos! A pousada fica em frente à praia, a dependência toda limpa, roupa de cama limpa, varanda limpa e muito agradável com uma mesa e uma redinha pra descansar! Adoramos também o café da manhã, tudo fresco! O time da pousada também muito gentil e respeitoso. Ficamos 3 noites maravilhosas.

Beira-Mar com bom custo benefício

Foi minha 1ª vez em Caraíva e estava muito bem localizado, a aprox 10min do Beco da Lua a pé e na beira-mar. Toda a experiência foi muito boa, o Jaraui recebeu super bem e apresentou a propriedade. O café da manhã é muito bem servido na varada do apartamento e, todos os dias, a Adriana chegava com o sorriso de orelha a orelha para servir o café da manhã, era tudo perfeito! O hotel tem ainda um chuveiro de água doce e espreguiçadeiras, então anotar serviço de praia passa despercebido.

Os quartos sao espaçosos e limpos, tem varanda e um jardim bem grande com redes, mesas e cadeiras. O frigobar do meu quarto fazia muito barulho a ponto de me acordar durante à noite, tive que tirar da tomada para consegui dormir. O cafe da manha achei excelente e é servido individualmente, deve-se preencher uma fica marcando as opcoes que gostaria e o cafe é servido na sua varanda, achei otimo e evita desperdício, mas a cozinhar e a varanda ficam distantes entao eu acho q precsiavam melhorar a comunicao, deveria existir uma forma de aviso via WhatsApp de q acordou e ja pode servir e informar diariamente o que gostaria no dia seguinte te dando opcao de variar o cardápio ao longo dos dias. Os funcionários sao super educados e atenciosos, sempre dispostos a ajudar.
