「The staff at the grand hotel were very helpful. They accommodated all of our wishes and helped us throughout. The pool bar staff are lovely and work really hard. Only criticism was our last lunch around the pool bar/restaurant was not good every other time it had been good. Perhaps an off day. The staff seemed very busy and run off their feet so the reflection is on the kitchen. 「Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time.
