Wine hostel is on a wonderful location you can go almost to every important place in Porto by walking and the public transportation options are so close that is unbelievable

The location was great. It is on a large square with trees and outdoor patios. Close to everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were there on a Friday night and the music and people outside were pretty loud but my ear plugs did the trick. Would definitely return.

Super séjour!

Super, j’ai passé 3 nuits dans l’auberge, j’ai été accueilli avec un verre de Porto, la chambre est propre et agréable avec salle de bain et toilette à l’intérieur, le lit est également confortable, je recommande. Sehr schön hergerichtete und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Netter Aufenthaltsraum (Bar) mit Küche nebenan. Das Doppelzimmer selbst sehr schön, das Bad winzig, aber sehr sauber. Vom Wine Hostel kommt man sehr schnell zu Fuß in alle Richtungen, z.B. zur Altstadt in ca. 10 Minuten. Dabei auch sehr ruhige Lage, an einem Platz mit großer Grünanlage. Kein Autoverkehr in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Wine Hostel is perfect! Super cute wine theme, the building itself is adorable, not too big or crowded, the location is absolutely perfect and walking distance to everything, and my bed was really comfortable! I would 100% stay here again if/when I return to Porto! :)

Som nybliven pensionär så kanske inte det här alternativet är det bästa. Rummet låg längst upp bara trappor. För mig personligen inga problem Suverän frukost. Personal väldigt tillmötesgående. Internationella gäster ( backpackers). Centralt läge med restauranger och caféer utanför porten 👍😀

Super schönes, sauberes Hostel

Das Hostel hat eine super Lage, von dort kann man fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Unser Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, aber dafür sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, das Bad war modern und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, nur der Kaffee sehr schwach. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind gemütlich eingerichtet und das Personal sehr freundlich! Nachts war es immer mal wieder laut, da vor dem Hostel einige Restaurants und Bars sind. Auch die Uni ist direkt um die Ecke. Sonst war alles perfekt und sehr angenehm! Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen!!

Wine Hostel is a wonderful spot to explore an amazing city. Lovely staff, great hostel with friendly atmosphere. Good place to chill as well as sleep. Safe, clean and well maintained. Situated in a party area of town. Can be noisy at night.

Clean, Quiet, Friendly Hostel in a Great Location

This hostel was perfect! Recently updated, incredibly clean and welcoming, with a very helpful and friendly staff. The bathroom was recently renovated and perfectly clean. Common areas were clean and comfortable. Small number of rooms, so a little quieter than other hostel experiences. Only downside: No A/C in the room, but there was a large fan to help with getting air, and opening the window to the outside is always an option. Would definitely stay again!

완전 추천!

이틀 묵었는데 엄청 좋았어요! 스탭들도 모두 친절하고 객실이랑 화장실, 샤워실도 모두 깔끔합니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 와이파이가 잘 안되었다는 점. 도착하자 마자 포트 와인도 시음하게 해줬어요. 인테리어도 이름이 와인답게 오크통이랑 코르크, 나무 등등 되게 센스있게 되어있고 객실 크기도 8인실이었는데 굉장히 컸습니다! 완전 추천해요 :)

숙소분위기가좋았구 방도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 무엇보다도 직원들의 서비스가 최고였어요. 근데 삼일간머무는동안 와이파이가 끝까지 연결이되지않아서 그게 좀 불편했네요ㅠㅠ

Nice ambiance and staff, but got bed bugs here!

I booked the 10 Anos private room for a night. It's a small room, but cozy (and dim). There's an attached bathroom, good curtains, heater and espresso pod machine. Unfortunately, there's also mold growing on the walls in the bathroom (I heard another guest complain about leaking water from the ceiling, too) but it's an old Porto building so that's to be expected a little. What I didn't expect was to wake up with about six BED BUG bites on my arms and neck area! These bugs crawled into my suitcase and I am dealing with them in a totally different country and will be forced to throw away EVERYTHING I brought on my trip to be safe. The hostel said they recently dealt with an infested room (!) -- don't know which -- and they have had no complaints from my room before or since (I stayed three nights ago). I have had bed bugs before so I know all the signs, and I 100% got them at this property, so beware. I have asked to be put in touch with the manager but haven't heard anything back, yet. This was a huge disappointment that has ruined my experience in my current city, and it's a huge shame bc this hostel is well-located, has a cool vibe, and (would be) good value. But now, it's costing me about 4X or more because of throwing all my things away not to mention being covered in bites.
