Never go again
Tv out of order. No warmer or warming system inside the room. Sleep inside room feeling inside the fridge whiel at outside 5 degree and I am feeling same. When I want to go out at night at 2am . I fi d the door locked. I feel hungry and I am helpless

Nice and simple!
We enjoyed our stay! Very friendly service by the receptionist and an easy check in. The room was clean,cozy and comfortable, and had everything we required with the residencial being close to shops and places to eat. Prices were fair for the area! Will be a returning costumer.

La signora alla reception è simpatica e pratica, ma qui finiscono le note positive. Quelle negative sono: tutto troppo stretto, non hanno rifatto le camere, praticamente la signora parla solo portoghese, nei dintorni ci sono persone che dormono per strada.

The owner is really charming and helpful. It is an old building renovated as a guest house. It was really clean and the beds were comfy. The location is really good, close to the portobello markt place and in area full with bars and night life possibilities. 10 min walk from Trindade station. They are making some renovations works and depending in which area of the building of your room, it will be louder or quieter.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The street appeal is unappealing. The interior and rooms are period (blue and white tiles on the walls, original wood flooring) and are well maintained and upgraded. The owners did a beautiful restoration by adding modern amenities but kept the old world charm. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. All common areas as well the room were spotless and clean. The location is 5 star. Easy walking access to the airport metro and in the old section of Porto. Highly recommend this property.

Caldamente raccomandato
Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Struttura davvero molto economica, personale accogliente e amichevole, ambiente pulito, spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario. La signora ci ha anche permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario di check-in.

Cumple lo que promete, pensión sencilla con lo básico en pleno centro. Calidad precio aceptable. La señora de la recepción muy agradable.

This is an old hotel in a very old neighbourhood. The staff are friendly and polite. It’s cheap but not nasty. Lots of good neighbourhood bars and restaurants within a minute or two. This is more a travellers hotel than a tourists hotel; there is no bar or swimming pool but it is safe and clean.

Fuimos en pareja en febrero y en la habitación hacia mucho frío. No había calefacción y la ventana no cerraba bien. En relación a limpieza, la habitación olía a vieja y había mucho polvo. La ducha y la pica de la habit fincionaban bien y los de recepción fueron muy amables.

Lage ist top, Zimmer sind sauber, jedoch ziemlich verwohnte Einrichtung. Aufgrund des günstigen Preises kann man nicht meckern. Personal spricht leider kaum englisch. Leider keine Heizung, wir haben etwas gefrohren.

A great base for a few days and at a good price
Nice old building but showing it’s age. Shower needs some TLC. Very good staff, made one feel welcome and safe. Good location to get anywhere by foot. I would use in the future.

literie sale ; vieux draps rapriécés, dessus de lit vieux et douteux, on a mis nos serviettes de bain personnelles sur nos oreillers; lits non faits juste remis le dessus de lit en vrac, chambre non balayée, wc peu ragoutant, douche bouchée et sale. Seules les serviettes de toilettes étaient changées ; les armoires ne ferment pas donc les propriétaires ont mis un vieux chouchou à cheveu pour fermer ; l'interieur des tiroirs de la commode avec des vieux papiers déchirés ! le wifi ne fonctionne pas ; une lampe sur deux fonctionnaient etc etc

Precário com ótima localização.
Excelente localização. O quarto tinha algumas carências mito simples e baratas para resolver. Muito barulho na rua de madrugada, em função dos bares no entorno. Para entrar no prédio era sempre necessário bater à porta. Uma vez bati muito e só consegui entrar porque alguém estava saindo.
