Well located just off a busy street 10 min walk from clerigos. Staff didn’t speak English but very nice and friendly. Everything was clean but worn out looking. Could use some paint.

Hotel was nothing like what is shown in the photograph, it is an old hotel and the bed was old, but the shower was hot, the TV and heating worked and the bathroom was clean. It was as expected for the money and the staff were friendly.

The location was amazing! Near so many places. The staff were great but the room had a strange layout. It was a good size room with a balcony but the shower was outside the bathroom . You have to ring a bell to enter the hotel, it was loud and annoying when people came really late because we can hear it from our room and we were on the second floor.

Staff were nice. The elevator was a bonus! Room was small and the balcony didn’t have the resting lounge chairs like in the photos! Place looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia! The bed was like sleeping on wires, quite uncomfortable. Looked photoshopped as it was stated in reviews. Location was great!

The location is convenient to Sao Bolhao station and main strip of shopping and market in that area. The hotel itself is located around the corner on the hilltop. There is a lift inside and most rooms have balconies I believe. The rooms have high ceilings. All other amenities are old. The AC doesn’t work. The shower needs a re-grout. The doors need some grease on the hinges. Overall the cost per night is too expensive for the quality of the establishment. Nothing looked like the photos.

location was great. bed was comfortable. room was loud as although windows were closed, there was a lot of noise of cars passing on the cobblestoned street which stopped at some point during the night. bathroom floor had hair.

The staff was pleasant, there was a dirty diaper behind the chair so the cleaning obviously is not thorough. Shower was small but did have hot water so that was good. It was old. The lobby is much more updated than the rooms.

This was not what I expected based off of the description on the site or even some of the reviews. The room looked nothing like any of the pictures. I was also very worried because the one window in the room opens all of the way out onto a patio, which also opens out to another room - which means that if your window is open, someone can literally walk into your room. That really freaked me out because my window was wide open when I entered the room at 10PM. Additionally, the wifi was very hit and miss, but I've been told that's common for the area.

Un desastre

Tuvimos que solicitar un cambio de habitación a nuestra ya que la que nos habían designado tenía humedades, olía mal, colchones muy viejos y un ruido tremendo proveniente de la calle ya que era un bajo. Nos cambian de habitación ( somos una familia de 4) y el cambio no fue mucho mejor, aunque muy amables, las instalaciones en general están muy deterioradas.

Meget slidt og støjende hotel

Meget slidt hotel med flere mangler (som fx en stikkontakt til sengelampen) virkelig ustabilt wi-fi, hvilket dog måske skyldes den gamle bygning. Det værste var dog at der var ekstremt lydt, så man kunne høre alt hvad naboerne lavede. Personalet var ikke specielt hjælpsomme og virkede ligeglade. Beliggenheden var god, men det er nok det mest positive, der kan siges.

Terrível. Quarto completamente mofado. Paredes, chão, teto. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e o outro estava ainda pior. Cheiro forte e horrível. Tivemos que ir embora no meio da noite.
