It was to bad that we had to leave this hotel with such good service and the breakfast was wonderful. I picked this hotel because it was one of the ones used for the tour and they changed us out! Click tour this was pretty sad. Yet when you advertised this Beautiful Hotel as one of your to stay at.

Lovely family get together

Hotel was great, not as good as its sister but was still great. Room was a nice size and cleaned really well daily. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help.

The hotel rooms were good. Clean, staff is very friendly. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to mayor attractions but close to restaurants, etc. This is a quiet area of the city. If you enjoy quiet, this is a good location. We stayed in other central areas, and they were, to our preference, better. Although they were busier in nature. Overall pleasant stay, rooms are good. The lobby of this 4 star hotel may need a few repairs, but nothing that would detract from a good experience. I would stay again as we had an enjoyable experience. Staff are genuinely nice.

Beautiful

The hotel was a little hard to find from the outside it seems like there’s only a plaque for the sign near the front door but besides that the hotel was beautiful from the second you walked in. The room was clean and while a little on the smaller side still very nice same with the bathroom. The hotel employees were very kind especially the bartender we encountered the night of our stay he showed us a new drink and was overall just a very friendly guy.

Room's condition in terms of comfort was good but there was dust around and under the bed. We realised when we dropped our daughter's toys under the bed. Also shampoo was not refilled when we entered the room. Also water bottle wasn't refilled after day 1. Service ok but location is good.

The social area in the hotel were nice, the parking was easy and the staff friendly. We had 2 rooms booked, one room was ok the other smelled really strongly of curry, it wasn’t pleasant. We did complain and they brought an air fresher up but didn’t do much. Only there for one night thankfully.

Great for a short stay in Porto. Very close to the Jardines del palacio de cristal and all the nice views in it. Good variety of coffee shops and afordable restaurants in the same block.

Great hotel, staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was great and just a short walk to Rua de Cedofeita, a pedestrian area with tons of shops and great restaurants and then a pleasant walk to the University of Porto where you can pick up Tuk-Tuk or continue walking down hill to the water

This hotel is in a great location, the personnel is terrific, the rooms comfortable, have a great garage at affordable price i a areas that other hotels don't . I did not give it a strait 5 because I think it needs a renovation, everything is clean and works but it is showing its age.
