Beautiful, spacious apartment. Very large kitchen and bedroom. Great location. Easy to find from train station. Can walk to all attractions. Shops and restaurants galore. And on some days a craft market in the square. It was hard to location the trash bins. Enjoyed going to the market to get fresh meat and fish and produce to make dinner. Washer/dryer worked great.

Loved this property. With 100m of a small supermarket a myriad of restaurants and bars. 2 mins from Sao Bento station and the metro station. Incerdibly convenient location. There is no balcony and chairs to sit outside, the photo is misleading. The apartment does not have any cleaning supplies or kitchen condiments like pepper salt oil vinegar so be prepared to spend a few euro's stocking up. This is usual and not a complaint. It does have a hoover so were able to clean the floors. They supply sachets of WU liquid and Shampoo. Small soap and 4 DW tabs and 4 Washing m/c tabs. The washing machine is a device of such complexity that is defeated this engineer with a post graduate engineering degree haha. There is a bustling arts and craft market down in the square behind the apartment which was fun to watch, However they do play music all day and on one day(Sunday) it was so loud that you couldn't open the doors to the small balconies, usually it was pretty inoffensive though. Good security, coded front door and good door locks. The square is gated off at night. Safe feeling area. No noise from adjacent apartments. Host agency were great and helpful. Very few glasses in the apartment so they sent 4 wine glasses but need port glasses too. Close to Rue de Flores so pretty walk down to the river. Close to Clerigos tower. Just a perfect location.

Good location with easy access to many attractions

Good location in the city center. We were able to walk to most tourist attractions with ease. Overall, our stay was comfortable. There was construction right in front of the building but we didn't have any noise issues with the windows closed. The building felt very safe. I will note the "All-in-one washing machine and dryer" is listed as one of the included amenities, however it only has a washer and there is no dryer so I was a bit disappointed with that. It may be good for the host to update that information on the listing for clear expectations.

While the apartment itself was lovely, the customer service was very lacking. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive at the apartment till almost 12am. When we arrived at the apartment door there was no key in the lock box to enter. And since they lock the gates at night, we had to knock on the doors of the nearby hotel to be let out. When it was time to check out, we asked if our first night could be comped since we couldn’t get in. They said that because we didn’t tell them we were going to arrive late, we were out of the ‘contracts compliance’. So regardless of the fact that they didn’t leave the key in the apartment lock box (which started all this), it was our fault for arriving after their office closed. All they needed to do to make it right was comp the first night. Mistakes happen. Instead, they blamed us. Very bad customer service.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, and the location was very central, close to everything. A small market steps away for essentials. The hot water pressure was good and it was helpful to have a washer dryer combo. Note the QR for instructions. The queen bed was ok but needs new pillows. One wonders why they don’t have 2 twins or even 3 given the size of the bedroom. The coffee machine did not work well and crushed the pods so it would take 3 pods to get one coffee. With the great location you get some noise especially from the market just outside the courtyard with morning set up and evening entertainment. The pictures at booking showed a balcony table and chairs but this is not accurate! No place to sit! Finally they store luggage which is great but challenging to locate office so good directions are needed. Stayed 4 nights.
