++ Our backside appartment was very quiet. The location was okay: the place was not far from metro Marques and a supermarket was near the appartment. - - The couch was very uncomfortable and a proper chair was lacking. It is recommanded to make available use-instructions for the utilities.

Todo estuvo muy bien! El lugar es muy limpio, hay facilidad de acceso. Está a unos 20 min del centro caminado y la zona es muy tranquila. Hay supermercados cerca y tiene facilidad de parking Importante tener en cuenta que el hotel cobra los impuestos antes de la llegada

Sitio tranquilo, si es para una escapada de fin de semana, las habitaciones sumamente limpias y cuidadas al detalle, el baño posee jabón, champú, papel higiénico y toallas, también tiene sacador de pelo, en la cocina bien equipada, te regalan 4 cápsulas de café, (2 normal y 2 descafeinado) que se agradecen, tiene aire acondicionado para el verano, también dispone de cochera, el sitio esta alejado un poco del centro, sin embargo es tranquilo. Sin duda sería mi próxima opción cuando regrese a Porto.

Ótima hospedagem. Fomos em família e estacionamento e elevador foram importantes. Mercado próximo, o que facilitou bastante as opções de refeições. Hospedagem confortável e super bem equipada. Recomendo muito.

Das Apartment hatte einige Vorzüge, aber auch Mängel, die den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigten. Positive Aspekte: Online-Check-In: Sehr gut organisiert; mit einem Code für das Pinpad konnten wir das Apartment problemlos betreten. Neues Apartment und schöner Aufzug: Modern und sauber, der erste Eindruck war ansprechend. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter: Freundlich und schnell bei der Lösung von Anliegen. Spülmittel etc. vorhanden: Praktische Haushaltsmittel waren im Apartment. Negative Aspekte: Lärm von der Schule: Direkt neben einer Schule gelegen, war es tagsüber sehr laut. Schlechter Zustand der Bürgersteige: Für uns als Familie mit Kinderwagen erschwerte dies den Alltag. Lauter Kühlschrank: Besonders nachts störte das permanente Brummen. Keine Hängemöglichkeiten im Bad: Es fehlten Haken für Kulturbeutel. Löcher in den Fugen: Wasser lief aus der Dusche auf den Boden. Bettwäsche billig und laut: Rascheln störte den Schlaf aller. Kleine Bettlaken: Die Matratze am Fußende war ungeschützt. Couch billig und fleckig: Die Sitzkissen verrutschten ständig. Abnutzungsspuren: Trotz des neuen Apartments gab es bereits Abnutzungen. Nur ein Geschirrhandtuch, kein Backpapier: Für längere Aufenthalte nicht ideal. Schwache Busanbindung: Busse fuhren nicht in touristisch nützliche Richtungen. Fazit: Das Apartment punktet mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, modernem Design und einem einfachen Check-In, allerdings beeinträchtigen Lärm, billige Ausstattung und praktische Mängel den Komfort.

When we checked in we found the apartment like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The kitchen counters looked and smelled as if they had been wiped with a dirty rag, there were dishes still in the dishwasher, there was only 1 toilet paper roll in the bathroom even though our reservation was for 4 days for 3 people. I contacted the property and they said someone would come to clean and drop off more paper the next day and they didn’t. I contacted them again and they said their policy is to only clean every 4 days so I asked them to at least give us more toilet paper. They finally dropped off more on day 3, but they never came to clean the kitchen. The kitchen is also not equipped with any of the basics such as salt / pepper or paper towels. It is managed by a company so it felt very impersonal. The only thing we liked about our stay was the fact that it had a parking spot.

the apartment was tastefully and modernly furnished. very light and hygienic. kitchen with all the trimmings including all electric equipment. nice bathroom, but the legroom in front of the toilet was so minimal that we had to sit diagonally on the toilet. Clearly not made for tall people
