The room was clean and very well equipped. Be aware that everything is handled digitally, f.e. you need a smartphone to open the doors. I twice a question when and after booking but never received an answer. It is all what is stated in the description, if you don’t need anything else or any communication and if you have a smart phone, this is a good choice.

++ Our backside appartment was very quiet. The location was okay: the place was not far from metro Marques and a supermarket was near the appartment. - - The couch was very uncomfortable and a proper chair was lacking. It is recommanded to make available use-instructions for the utilities.

Lovely and clean and spacious. Felt really safe. Was quite noisy, though, with the street on one side and school on the other. No place to hang wet towels. Parking not included so once we found a spot, we left the car there and walked everywhere. Nice place.
