"We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. "

"This is an oasis behind an automated gate that defies expectations from the street. Gorgeous rooms, beautiful grounds and exceptional restaurant. Don’t expect much from the Giarre neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. We regretted the rain that prevented us from using the beautiful pool. Easy access to Mt Etna."

"We stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed our stay very much! Nice room with a beautiful sea view, delicious food served in the on site restaurant, lovely grounds with beautiful landscaping and a pool. The best part of our stay however, was the wonderful staff. We enjoyed meeting and getting to know you! "Wonderful communication as soon as we booked and a warm welcome upon arrival. Claudio explained the grounds to us and even insisted to bring our bags to second level where our room was. room itself had small refrigerator for drinks, effective air conditioning and a welcome bottle of water. there is a cute table and chairs outside to enjoy the wonderful view of etna, pool, etc. every apartment also has a convenient drying rack which is smart. do yourself a favour and eat at the restaurant. authentic italian food with fixed menu. you will be so full. they also substituted the gluten free pasta for my intolerance.too bad it was only one night.. will be back!!"
