「The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. We spent a morning in the pool and the beach. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located next to the Bang Tao Beach and also close to the nearby Canal Village Shopping Centre. You could take free shuttle boat rides in the lake area there. It would only take 10 minutes to get to another shopping centre by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were confirmed to have a late checkout at 15:00 upon our request during our checking.」

「This is our third time to Angsana. It is a nice place with nice pool and 1min walk to the beach. Nearby with small shopping area. Within resort area have free shuttle bus and ferry. 」

「先負評的是幫我們拿行李到房間的員工，在沒有樣級情況下，多次將我們的行李箱拉到翻側及撞到路過的地方。我們的行李只是20kg以下及行李箱的四個轆都能正常運作。這員工對待行李非常粗暴！ 另外，酒店前台員工會把信用卡號碼輸入到電腦中，令人感到不安！在餐廳用膳也不會這樣，這種記錄信用卡號碼是非常落後及不當。 Check in時前台員工說我第一張信用卡無效，我給她第二張也信用卡也說無效。在沒有嘗試使用其他信用卡機及詢問我有無其他付款方式前，直接叫我出去ATM提款。要我主動提出叫她用其他信用卡機再試，她一試便成功，最後只是說我的卡沒有問題。 酒店有四個泳池，到酒店餐廳及泳池，playhouse 也很方便。 自助早餐大部分食物放在有冷氣的地方，感覺衛生及食物選擇多。」
