Sem condições pra dormir. Tentamos avisar a recepção a situação pelo interfone, mas estava sem funcionar. Resumindo, meu marido teve que se vestir às 2:45 da madrugada pra ir até a recepção solicitar a troca de quarto. Foi muito desgastante essa situação....
