「Terme staff was amazing!! We had 15 people arrive before cruise ship sailing day. They were so super helpful with the large group accommodating us all, assisting with Dinner ordering from offsite restaurants and getting us all in the spa. Absolutely great!!」
「This place was great! A little apartment with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff were amazing. This is in the suburbs of Ravenna, not too many speak English other than the hotel staff but it’s so amazing and not touristy. We are going to go back!」
「Couldn't get into the place and got no response from the owner. Had to go and stay in another hotel for the night. Lost my money, but if the other reviews about it being dirty and mouldy are correct then perhaps that wasn't such a bad thing.」
