Comfortable hotel away from the crowds

Quiet hotel in a cute village on Lake Lugano. Short walk to the lakefront, boardwalk and shops. Hotel has enough to be comfortable, with a breakfast offered, but is not fancy.

Quiet and relaxing

Well situated near both the station and the lake. A simple hotel for a simple weekend to relax in peace and quiet, so Porto Ceresio and il Canneto were perfect for us. The hotel breakfast was also very simple, but included in the price - so no complaints there.

Lovely place to stay with AC! This is an impeccably clean location with AC and good accessibility in rooms for low mobility guests. Great dog and garden accommodations, as well.

Just wanted to check out lake Lugano. So I booked this property. It is very close to the train and ferry station. Also easy walk to the lake.

Property location is beautiful. It’s nearby the lake Lugano which makes it perfect for walking distance, takes around 6 mins walk. The hotel itself was good for a 3 star hotel. Staff is friendly and breakfast was ok. Would recommend to have better breakfast outside rather than the free buffet. The hotel has a bit of an eerie/haunting atmosphere, with a vintage vibe that feels like it’s straight out of the 90s but overall experience was good.

Super friendly staff and good breakfast

We stayed only for one night, as we had some delays with our flight we called in and the owner wait for us even after the check in hours. Super friendly staff, the room was ok and the water pressure of the shower was really good, also the breakfast, that was included was really good, specially the cornetto If we are ever around again we will definitely come back. Thanks for everything

Overall good

Hotel staff service was good. Free parking. Hotel located Near lake and train station. All breakfast items in the morning are from the supermarket, need to improve. Someone could be heard talking in the next room. Family people run the hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll und es ist sehr angenehm, dass man dort kostenlos und unkompliziert parken kann. Auch der Aufenthalt mit Hund ist problemlos. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig. Es riecht ziemlich muffig und die Klimaanlage taugt nicht wirklich was. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt total okay.
