「Our stay at the Indy House LovelyStay hotel was extremely frustrating and disappointing from the moment we arrived. We were aware of the absence of front desk staff, but we were given no clear instructions on how to access the key box to retrieve our room key. After a long 20-hour journey, arriving late after midnight, the last thing we expected was to struggle just to get into our room.
