「En arrivant, le réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n y a aucune réservation à mon nom. J’ai du me justifier en lui prouvant notre réservation. Chambre au Rez près de l’entrée et la route , nous n’avons pas pu dormir de la nuit sans compter les gaz des véhicules qui suffoquaient la chambre. Au matin Enza très aimable nous sert un déjeuner simple.., nous lui disons que nous nous absenterons deux nuits car nous visitons la région… à notre retour en ouvrant la chambre , quelle surprise !!!! Notre chambre...

「We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and beautifully restored masseria just outside Otranto. The setting is serene, surrounded by olive groves and close to the coast, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. One of the highlights of our visit was the fish set menu – fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt authentically Salento. 「My room and bathroom were both very large, well lit with a window and immaculate. I had a refrigerator and huge, wonderfully soft towels. The outside security window blinds were electric. The generous breakfast was wonderful including coffee of your choice, assorted juices, breads, charcuterie board and fresh fruit. The staff were all super polite. The location is ideally close to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. Salvatore arranged for a pick up and drop off from the Brindisi...

「I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay very much at Hotel Minerva. Carlo and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room had a very comfortable bed, great shower and A/C. The hotel is located in a very quiet area and a 5 minute walk to the historic old town. It was perfect !! 」
