No Wi-Fi connection in the rooms. Tried to charge extra on the phone for a second person in a twin room - absurd. Booked it online instead. Great breakfast.

The welcome from Jerry the host was friendly and helpful. The house was beautiful and unique and while the decoration to the bedroom and en-suite could do with an update the bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was bountiful and beautiful and served by the lady of the house in a friendly and efficient manner in a gorgeous dining room with quality fare and it was fabulous to get real tea.

My wife and I had the best experience here. We have been to several B and AB’s over the years and Ivyleigh is the very best we have ever stayed at. The hospitality was only exceeded by the fantastic breakfast. Could not have been more friendly.
