"Needs a parking garage. Rooms were nice and big."

"Things here have slipped over the last couple of years. Multiple cosmetic/maintenance issues in our room including rips in both bedskirts, one of them massive. The quality of the buffet breakfast and happy hour seems to have slipped as well, and no longer seems like the perk it once did. The staff is always gracious and helpful, but I don't think they have enough to keep up with the size of the place. "

"The room was clean and the breakfast selection was actually pretty good BUT the pool was disgusting and the room 209 an 210 are across from a locked room that was SO LOUD, like a high power vacuum on 24/7 The front desk staff was very uninterested, rude, not accommodating The coffee maker in the breakfast area wasn’t working and had a sign that the grounds needed to be dumped, alerted the staff in the area and they said to go to the front desk and he rudely said “no it’s not” when said it wasn’t working and that it wasn’t his problem It room several ppl to go up and ask about the issue to get him to begrudgingly help We were very kind when speaking with any staff We have to come back yearly and 10/10 will not stay here again "

"Pool was super loud and crowded so did not get to use it."

"Room 114 very low shower water pressure. There was machine noise from something outside the room, very close to the room at night while I was trying to fall asleep. Do not appreciate the attitude from the female at the checkout desk when I brought the issue to her next morning."

"Bar wasn’t open on Saturday or Sunday till 4:30 which was a bummer after driving all day but otherwise the property was good overall . "
