Bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was great! The staff was extremely nice/helpful. Very walkable area right on Congress next to so many cute dining places. If you’re looking for a well-appointed place on a great location with lots of charm, The Francis is it! 」

「Made a last minute reservation on Hotels.com due to a flight cancelation. Was greeted warmly and checked in promptly at the hotel. The facility was obviously recently renovated and beautiful. The rooms were in new condition also. This was a very nice surprise. Enjoyed free happy hour cocktails and dinner. Took the free airport shuttle at 4:00 am and was physically in the airport within 5 minutes. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.」

「The property was clean with unique decor. Great coffee with limited on the go food options. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the room, however the open bathroom layout can prove to be tricky, if traveling with anyone other than yourself or a romantic partner. 」
