Bed was uncomfortable. None of the electrical outlets worked. The door looked as if it was kicked in at some point. Did not feel safe with the privacy chain. No staff on duty to help with check in or after.

The rooms were so cute! So clean. Love the Monopoly names! I could use a little more parking because it’s hard when you have more than one car for your party. The lady that stayed on the property was so nice and checked with us to see if we needed anything and that we had everything we needed. Not a long walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

The property was disguising not like the photos. There’s no office when we called there was no answer look as there were people living on the property full time. We showed up the room wasn’t clean smelled of cigarette smoke we didn’t stay reached out to the motel. It’s not a motel more like staying in a shed. No response Expedia didn’t refund our money either. We didn’t stay there

The staff was wonderful! The room quaint. The pool was clean and fun. The beach was a quick drive just a few blocks away. Also a great little lobster market just a couple blocks the other direction! The only drawback was the room smelled a bit like smoke.

We loved the fenced in backyard to the cabin with private hot tub and fire pit and grill, we enjoyed being close to the pool, and just a short walk to the beach so we were far enough from the noise. The bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise the cabin decor and amenities were great. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant stopover

Pleasant stopover, staff were accommodating and helpful. As for accommodations, think simple cabin that's been nicely painted. Has fridge, microwave, table - all the basics. Lower comfort rating because the beds were well past their expiration date (creaky "box spring", thin, worn out mattresses). Still, I'd stop here again for a quick stopover.

The pool is the highlight

The pool was really nice. Off-street, free parking. 15-Minute walk to the Pier. Those are the highlights. The room was pretty smelly and dirty, and the beds were wildly uncomfortable. Rooms had different appliances available, some have coffee makers, some have microwaves. Will look elsewhere for the next trip.

While it is clear that some thought was put into the decor of the rooms, the room we stayed in was very small with no curtains on the windows in either the bathroom or bedroom leaving us feeling like we had little privacy. The shower also ran lukewarm. While it met our basic needs for the night, it was a pricey room for the experience

Room or Hobbit Hole?

They said that we had an Ecno Room, and that's what it was. A bed and a shower. There was no Closets, and no Burrows. We had to put our cloths on the floor, and then there was not enough room to move around the room. To be honest, this was not the room for us.

Needs a deep clean

Very dirty. Layer of grime across all the blinds and the bathroom had not been cleaned. Mould on the panels on the ceiling and extremely noisy area.
