"Stayed for 12 nights very enjoyable staff very friendly . Fantastic sea view lovely relaxed breakfasts,shout out for Luana who was always smiling and happy to help at breakfast. Coming here 25 yrs and would definately come back. Reception on arrival was first class even though a young lady was training they were very attentive and helpful.. Thankyou."

"What a lovely place for a holiday. The pool was amazing and very sheltered when it was windy. Location is great, just a short stroll to the supermarket, restaurants or the beach. Or an Uber ride to livlier towns. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning with a good selection of fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, cheese, meats and pastries. We particularly enjoyed the Pastel de Nata. Really good value and had everything we needed."

"The breakfast staff was a bit too strict, almost, discourteous and tried to push people out exactly at the end of the breakfast hour. I’ve never experienced that before. Not a very pleasant experience! One lady with three little children was not allowed to enter because she was a couple of minutes late."

"The room is clean and tidy, the staff is polite and attentive, and there are many food choices including seafood and suitable families. However, the decoration is not modern enough and the playing facilities are not enough."

"This is a very nice property with nice rooms and nice views. Having stayed in some exceptional properties on our trip to Portugal, we were happy with this stay. The location is off the beaten path a bit, but there is a shuttle available. We were happy with our stay here but might try somewhere else if we return"

"We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later. Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off! For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold. We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of our holiday due to being unwell. We ended up eating outside of the hotel on several occasions due to the limited food options - which we had not bugeted for! The reception and restaurant staff were all very friendly - the main positive of the hotel! The lights/ lamps in the restaurant fell on 2 occasions, just missing guests. This is an expensive hotel for what is offered."
