"I really enjoyed our stay at the Prince George. The location was ideal as we were attending the Royal Halifax Military Tattoo which is right across the street at the Scotia Bank Centre. We passed the time before the show by touring the Citadel National Historic site. The room was clean and spacious as very well maintained. The entire hotel was very well maintained. The staff were very helpful answering the many questions I had about the local area and the features of the hotel. The breakfast buffet on Sunday was a fair price at $23 and this included eggs Benny and scrambled eggs as well as both sausage and large pieces of bacon. Our only complaint was at the restaurant as the server never made it to our table until after we had already served ourselves and eaten our breakfast. I left a tip that reflected the lack of service as I don’t to for serving myself with no communication from our server. The hostess did arrange for our coffee and juice to be served as beverages as not self service. It was nice that the beverages were included in the price of the buffet as I have dined in to many locations that add this cost on top of the buffet price."
