「Very helpful at check-in. Room was a good size, a/c worked well and plenty of light in the bathroom. Complementary water was a nice touch. Mattress on bed was very comfortable but the bed frame squeaked when either of us turned over, my only criticism, better bed frames needed. Breakfast was OK, warm food tended to be a bit tepid and scrambled eggs had a hard top on them due to standing under a heat lamp for too long. Nice swimming pool although I didn’t use it Overall a very comfortable...

「I only stayed in the hotel 1 night having arrived late into Santiago airport. I was greeted at the door even though it was late. The next day I was taken to the hire car company to pick up my hire car. The gentleman was only to pleased to help even though I had a large bike box. I would highly recommend this property.」

「地下停車場出口離飯店門口只有幾步之遙, 缺點是沒電梯, 行李扛得有點累.走過對街就是舊城區徒步區了, 走到大教堂約莫十分鐘, 門口右轉走約150公尺是市場, 水果價格算便宜.飯店服務人員親切且幫忙不少.房間大小尚可, 浴室大小讓人滿意.早餐水準不錯, 甜點種類也不少.網路有點連不上, 是一項缺點.整體而言令人滿意.」

「Hotel algo anticuado en la decoración y ubicado cerca del centro pero si estar en la zona centro nueva de la ciudad o en el casco histórico. Está a unos 10 minutos andando de las calles de la zona céntrica de la ciudad y a unos 15 minutos de la zona antigua. Hotel grande y con buena atención al cliente. El desayuno algo caro. Está en una zona residencial con el campus universitario sur enfrente. Las habitaciones son amplias (aunque ya indiqué que algo anticuadas). 」

「We are a family of 5 and stayed in the family suite. The rooms were excellent, perfect size, had A/C, and each had their own bathroom. The breakfast was robust- many options including eggs, cheeses, meats, baked goods, fruit, juices, and fresh coffee. The location is perfect!! Close to everything or a 9-min walk to the train station to explore. Totally recommend this place!」
