「The stay at the hotel was a great experience for our first time in Barcelona. We had the family connecting room, the room was spacious and comfortable. The main thing we have to mention is that the staff's service is excellent, especially the front-desk employee Gloria, she was our angel during our stay. 「Check-in was permitted early which was SO appreciated. Concierge offered every service we could have wanted including advice on tours. I wish I had waited until checking in to book tours around Barcelona. I booked and paid for three tours two weeks earlier through Get Your Guide, and every one of those tours was rebooked to a time conflicting with another tour. Breakfasts at the hotel were great- fortified us for full days of touristing.」

「The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . 」

「The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was larger than I expected and was very comfortable with everything I needed. The hotel is located in the city center, so it is very convenient to get around. The main entrance gate is small and it took some time for me to find it. Overall, it's a very nice stay and I will definitely stay in this hotel should I visit Barcelona again. 」

「I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. 」
