"Near of a superb beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the beds too small . No restaurant in the local area were open for dinner or lunch . I use Uber to the central areas several times to access the restaurants. 15 or 20 minutes taxi 🚕 distance. "

"We had an excellent time here, I can say almost everything was perfect. The customer service here was perfect. Alex was the guy that helped me out most of the time and I can say he was the most helpful guy I have ever met and he even helped me plan out the perfect proposal to ask my partner to be my girlfriend, because of the way Alex treated us we will for sure comeback soon and we will recommend this hotel to everyone when visiting the island. "The property is fairly ne,w only 3 months old at this time, so here's a quick feedback: Wi-Fi on the 6th is very poor, no instructions on how to turn on the AC in the room (it looks on, but you have to really look), Hot Water was not working at night, the area around the swiming pool is very splipery, and no warning signs around the pool so people won't climb around glass wall. Besides that, it's a great place to stay with your family and friends. "

"This was my first time in Ilhabela and I’m grateful I chose to stay here! The staff were so amazing the minute I checked in and recommended so many great beaches and restaurants. The room was extremely clean and just like the pictures. The view from the pool over looking the beach and mountains is magical. You’re close to everything and can walk to restaurants and beach. I love to run so if you do to I’d recommend a run during the day or at night . I will definitely stay here again!"
