"Stayed 1 night and was upgraded to a modified room for people with physical disabilities. Large and well situated although we didn’t need the modifications and the upgrade was unexpected and appreciated. Nice area, felt safe, rooms in the back were quieter for outside noise. Only issues were the bathroom needed updating/repair. Paint peeling from the ceiling, cracked tile in the shower, bit of mold in the caulking etc. overall hotel and lobby seemed quite clean otherwise. Staff were excellent! My only other minor issue was that the walls are so thin you can hear even low voice conversation in adjacent rooms, and it’s a hotel that seems to have a lot of kiddo and young adult/large groups, parties. Hallway noise was pretty awful until almost midnight. So if you’re needing to be up early I’d say ask for a room in a quiet section. "
"Can't expect basic hygiene, Okay if the price is the only concern for you don't expect anything else and be be ready to sleep on a dirty bedsheet and smell a stinky blanket "
"When I checked in,I was given a room that was not cleaned. I had to go back down and get another room. The second room bedding did not look clean, I had to go get more sheets, blankets and towels. I was told that housekeeping would be up to service the room the next day. Housekeeping came and I asked them to give me 30 mins. I left and returned late to find that housekeeping never returned. My experience was not pleasant at all."
"Parking fine. Rude customer busted in on us checking in. Room was decent. Blaring light outside our room, made it hard to sleep. Noisy from the highway. All the drink machines were empty. No cable TV, but internet worked. "
"The room smelled horrible like must and mildew the parking was scarce and there were unsavory people in the hotel doing illegal activities all over the place ... but you get what you pay for! Wont be going there again ever!"
"Our room had no towel racks, they had been removed and never replaced. There were bug and mouse traps. The thermostat did not turn the heat off and so it was extremely hot and wasteful. Many places were dirty. The hot tub was nice in the room but slippery. The breakfast was decent but not maintained. There were zero yogurts in the refrigerator only because no one was paying attention. The waffle maker ran out of mix. There is NO hot water for the oatmeal packets. The warm food was decent but not changed from day-to-day. The timer for the sauna was broken and a major fire hazard. We walked by it and it was on max HEAT with the timer not working. We turned it down. The bed was nice, the TV worked well."
