「We very much enjoyed a lovely one night stay at the Avoca. We had the most fantastic view from our room overlooking the sea and Mourne mountains. The room was really nicely decorated, cosy and had a large comfy bed. Everything was very clean and well presented. All the staff we came across were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent - great choice and plentiful. Overall a real gem of a stay and we will definitely be back!」

「This was a surprising gem of a find. It ticked off all the proper boxes: Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Superb communication with management regarding remote check in, check out, etc. The attached bar offers good food and drinks, and there are also many quirky and tasty places of all kinds within a 5 minute walk left or right. The location is closer to the Uni quarter than downtown, but both are within walkable range. I will definitely stay here again. l 」

「Hotel location is good. The room is clean and comfort. We have 2 rooms booked, 1 room with 4 sockets and 1 room with 2 only. Having 2 people in one room, 2 sockets is not enough as people has many things to charge when back to hotel. 」

「Drumee Lodge is a beautiful property, in a picturesque location, close to the Mourne Mountains. The property is stunning and the hosts are fantastic. They were both so welcoming and made our stay so special, including leaving chocolates and a birthday card, in our room. Highly recommended to stay. We will stay again 」

「A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! 」

「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」
