"They gave me a DIFFERENT room to what I bought. Much smaller and road facing, no "seaside view" as promised instead incessant scooter noise, wonderful. Immediately as we entered the room it was a pretty tragic vibe, worse than a hostel. None of the bedside lights worked and the furniture was in a terrible state. We stayed here with friends and family as a wrap up event behind a full week of travel throughout Sicily visiting all of the major cities & sites, then time in Contessa Entellina for an ancestral pilgrimage. The facilities, pools, beach, spa and staff were all exceptional.
