Convenient location close to the bus stop and metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel which is truly 5 star."

"Only problem I encountered was when a big group from an airline crew was in the lobby and it was impossible to take the elevator or even ask front desk where the stairs were. Room was very nice and front desk was helpful."

"Very nice new hotel. Good size room with nice decor, bedding etc. Great pool with lovely views of Porto over the river. Quick walk down to the restaurants along the river at Gaia and easy access to Porto over the bridge. Definitely recommend. "
