"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "Way above our expectations ! Hotel and staff were amazing, particular mention to Karina in the restaurant !!! Sadly we were only there for an overnight stop, would loved to have spent more time there. Definitely next time!!"
