「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「The price was good. I have sensitive skin so I was itchy when resting. The mattresses are new so I think that maybe the sheets are washed with cheap laundry detergent. Our tv was out of order in room 113, so we were moved to room 109. The manager was nice when we got to the hotel at 3 am Sat. The pool and trees, shrubs are well maintained. The housekeepers and construction crew were working very hard on the property. I wish the bathtubs were refurbished/redone bec the stains scratch marks...

「Cute old Florida style. We stayed in a weekday and it was quiet and very clean. There’s a lot of room options when booking, staff is very friendly. Had an issue with the booking and was charged for two nights instead of one, they were able to refund the extra after explaining and showing them the reservation I had on my phone. 」
