Everything about this place has been carefully chosen to make your stay as happy and comfortable as possible. From Mbasa’s warm welcome to our spacious room, delicious breakfasts and beautifully styled and maintained property and gardens, we loved it here. Nice place to rest your head before a flight

The place is quiet and perfect for our one night stay before an early flight. Very nice lady who made us a sandwich for breakfast to take as we left early which was fresh and tasty.

Admiralty Beach House ticks all the boxes

Had a great stay at Admiralty Beach House. Our room was clean, comfortable and well-serviced and the staff and owners were super and went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. Will definitely book with them when I am in PE again.

The Admiralty was exceptional. It made me feel comfortable in a place so far from home. Beautifully decorated, and feels like a breath of fresh air upon immediately entering. If I return to Port Elizabeth I will gladly return to The Admiralty. It was easy to walk to numerous restaurants and shops if you aren't interested in eating at The Admiralty. However, the food served by The Admiralty is absolutely amazing! The beach stretches for what seems like forever without countless spots to relax nearby.

A beautiful little oasis

This was our first trip to SA and we needed somewhere close to PE before another trip. When the Admiralty popped up on Hotels.com, it looked perfect. And so it was. From pre-arrival onwards the staff couldn't do enough for us. Such a wonderful warm welcome, a great value large suite, delish breakfast and lots of recommendations and help with bookings eating out. The most comfortable bed we've slept in on our sabbatical and aircon that actually worked! Shame we had to leave. Definitely recommend

Great short break getaway location

Guesthouse is a very short walk to the beach boardwalk and easy access to beach, jogging/cycling paths etc. There is secure off street parking. The rooms and bathroom where very large modern and clean. Plunger and coffee supplied with a small mini fridge. The staff are very friendly and efficient and owners around during breakfast time. Large breakfast served. There is a resident pool and outside area, well used by some guests when we where there. The guest house is not walking distance to town centre and a car is recommended.

Quiet location in Summerstrand but very close to beach and restaurants. Very close to the airport which was ideal for departure. Breakfast was superb with different delicacies each day. Our room was a bit tired in places but at the same time quaint. We were in the loft which was very quiet and round the corner from the main house

Very nice boutique hotel in a great location. Management and staff are very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast times could be extended a little later especially if most visitors are holiday makers and not business travelers. Suites could also have small TVs in bedroom area so that guests can watch TV in bed rather than having to go to the sitting area.

Very nice hotel, lovely rooms and breakfast

A lovely and very welcoming place to stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and also met the owner Jo who has decorated all the rooms beautifully. Breakfast was excellent and so good to be able to sit outside in the sun and admire the pool and garden.

Ein tolles Guest House. Kann ich gut weiterempfehlen. Leckeres Frühstück und super nette angestellte. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass es trotz toller Lage (nahe Strand) nicht ganz sicher ist. Dafr kann das Guest House allerdings nichts. Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Charming and understated bolt hole.

This is a small guest house in Summerstrand near the beach. We actually stayed in a spacious apartment with its own terrace, separate from the main place. Delightful and helpful service, impeccably maintained, highly recommended.

Convenient, comfortable, charming

We had a very nice stay at this B&B, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is plentiful and well done. The garden and outdoor area is very relaxing if you have the time to enjoy it. It's a close walk to the main walkway by the water.
