Great stay!! Staff were helpful, room was lovely and pools were so good! Breakfast was just the job and the gym was good too. Liked the feeling of being in a hotel but left alone and not bothered by housekeeping, concierge etc. Being independent in our apart/rooms but using all the facilities felt perfect :D

Staff were great, I asked for our room to be changed to the top floor and was delighted when this was changed for us. We had the same room we have stayed in 3 times before. The bins had not been emptied but staff had housekeeping attend to this for us without fuss. We also had the aircon dropping water which was fixed very promptly.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mantra Portsea. Location was fantastic, being walking distance to the beach, ocean lookouts and the Main Street. Great living area in rooms, and has beautiful bedrooms with such comfy bedding. Pools were also enjoyable with lagoon Would definitely recommend this accomodation if you’re staying in Port Douglas.
