With that price not breakfast included very disappointed. No wifi for that hotel very surprised. The condition in the room very dirty, carpet no vacuum a lot of stain, toilet not so clean,bath tube also very dirty , water tap leaking,no towel in the room and we call room service nobody pick up ,we run out the room and looking for the cleaner around the corner to provide the towel.

The hotel is sooo run down..The hotel mgt who took over this hotel didn't do much to beautify or to make this hotel look attractive and stayable..If not because of its nice private beach, the hotel is not even deserve to be called a hotel..My school hostel is more comfortable..Even a rest house, rumah tumpangan or homestay are more cosy and clean..The room is not well kept, smelly and dirty..The appearance from outside enough to tell tht this hotel has been neglected and not being maintained for ages...let alone when you step in..and stay. Those who expect a typical and acceptable 3 star hotel stay ..this hotel will not meet your expectation at all...Grand Beach Resort Hotel Mgt, u need to do something to make this hotel relevant in the market.

The worst “resort” experience of my life – avoid at all costs! This place looks straight out of a horror movie. The moment you step in, it feels haunted – dim hallways that resemble a horror alleyway leading to your room. The carpets are disgustingly stained and dirty, the curtains are no better, and thick layers of dust dangle off the corners like cobwebs. The furniture is completely run down and stained, the pillows and bedsheets are yellowish and filthy, making it impossible to feel comfortable or clean. Even the balcony door couldn’t close or lock properly, which is a huge safety concern. The wardrobe was badly damaged and looked like it hadn’t been maintained for years. The toilet? Absolutely horrendous – run down, with non-functioning bowls and stained mirrors that make you wonder if anyone ever cleans this place. The whole room smelled musty and unwelcoming, like it hadn’t been used in decades. This so-called “resort” is nothing more than a nightmare. Definitely NOT worth the money. If you value your sanity, hygiene, and safety – STAY AWAY.

Spooky hotel. If you want to know what it feels like to stay in a spooky hotel, check-in here. The hotel is poorly maintained, and gloomy and the corridors to the rooms are dark and not well lit. If the hotel does not creep you out, the facilities will. The rooms are dirty and the bathroom door needs to be replaced. There is no working restaurant in the hotel. Absolutely not worth the money I paid for. The only thing I like about the hotel is that it has direct access to the beach. I have stayed in many hotels in the last 20 years, and this is one is the worst ones. Please do not stay here...

Not good for reopening

Not tthat good. Although after the mco season, the management supposed to prepare to the reopening n the accommodation must be clean at least. No aircond, smelly, old bedsheets blablablaba. Not gonna stay here anymore unless all been rectified

RM200 for a night without breakfast. I would say quite expensive. Thats first. My room's aircond was not cool enough and it feel like you are in camping with you friends. Third, the tv has not any channel and doesnt has any signal. I watched nothing. Fourth, the swimming pool was not clean at all. you feel sticky at all time. Finally, I am not recommending at all. It is up to you. They should be prepared to open it after MCO. My first and last to stay at Grand Beach Resort.

Walking through the corridors is like walking through a dark haunted house. Really need to use white or bright paint - not that ugly dark pink. They use panels with undersea photos to cover the walls that are cracked, peeling and damp - doesn't work. Get rid of carpets - use tiles. Stayed twice in rooms with baths. Both times, the bath tubs had cracks. Don't waste your money getting Executive Rooms - no different from Standard Rooms with pool view. Why I stayed there 3 times? - Pool is nice, beach is near. But this last trip, I made it a point to visit other hotels and I think I WILL choose another hotel nearby.

エクスペディアに掲載されている内容とホテル施設が全く違う物でした。 詳細と証拠として写真を添付しておきます。 ①トイレのタンクから水が漏れていてバス周りがプールの様でした。 ②バスタブはカビとアカだらけで底に穴が空いていました。 ③傾いている老朽化した冷蔵庫の下がホコリだらけで不潔でした。 ④⑤⑥TVデスクやその他、どこもホコリとゴミだらけで上に物が置けなかった。 ⑦カーテンのサイズが合わず外から部屋が丸見え状態でプライバシーが保たれていなかった。 ⑧一番、びっくりしたのは鍵が壊れていてセキリュティが守られていなかった事です。 朝迄、恐ろしさで震えていました。 3人宿泊するのにエキストラベッドが無くタオルも2枚しか無かったのでフロントにお願いすると無いと言われた。 とにかく部屋の臭いが酷く恐らく、部屋の掃除は長年、行われていなかったのだと思う。 頼み込んでやっと持ってきたタオルは恐らく雑巾だと思われる程、シミ汚れが有った。 その他、ゴキブリがいたり、クーラーが35°でサウナみたいだったのでルームチェンジを依頼したがフロントの対応は常軌を逸脱していて部屋は無いと笑い飛ばされた。 エクスペディアのホテル詳細にコンシェルジュサービスがあったので呼ぶようにお願いしたらいないと笑って言うだけでした。 従業員は通常のホテルマンとは程遠いモラルのない集まりだった。 Firdausと言う背の低い男性従業員は特に恐ろしく人間性が欠如していましたので注意が必要です。 怒りと憔悴の中、他のホテルを探すようにお願いすると自分で探せと笑って言うだけでお客様の安全を守る意識とサービスは微塵も感じられなかった。 チャイニーズイヤーで他のホテルの空きがなく仕方なく1泊したが汚れたシングルベッドで身の安全を気にしながら眠る事が出来ず翌日に一日早くチェックアウトしました。 その際、デポジットの20MRは返金されなかった。 理由は一日早くチェックアウトしたからとの事でしたが、このホテルは人間の宿泊する所では無かったのでキャンセルして当然です。 鍵の掛からない部屋で過ごす事はとても危険でホテルはゲストの安全を守る義務があります。 また、エクスペディアも今後、私達の様な被害者が出ない様に嘘の記載を改めて安全なホテルを提供する義務があります。

Dirty hotel

Terribly run down hotel. The lifts had bits of old carpet sticking up. The corridors were dirty, our room was disgusting, bird poo all over the windows, torn bed blanket, floor dirty. Wouldn’t stay there again if you paid me. The only good thing was the warm sea and breakfast was ok.

The bathroom was smelly, probably due to poor ventilation. But the room itself didn't feel clean. Floor was sandy - even the bed was sandy. There was also hair on the toilet seat and beds!! Sheets and pillow cases were stained. Not sure if we were just unlucky, but the room definitely did not feel clean.

2 in 1 places for swimming pool and beach. Kids really love it. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpfull. Hotel facilities are quite limited. Old look hotel need to be painted for good impression. Breakfast choices quite ok.
