「I staied at this hotel for 4 nights,and this hotel was probably the worse experience that I had. The emergency alarm rang at the first night when I checked in.Then second day it happened AGAIN at 5am in the early morning. Then at 3rd day before I went out, I went to reception to ask new pass code,and reception kept telling me I supposed to check out at that day. I even shown him my reservation number from hotels.com. 「The buding was nice and easy to find. Just 5 mins to the metro! And supermarket nearby are really convenient! The room was huge and comfortable! Kitchen and bathroom are user-friendly. We arrive at early morning but the staff in the front desk still helped us to solve it and we had check-in early at 9am. Really great service! Would stronly recommend!」

「The hotel is extremely DISGUSTING! 1. Many FLEAS on the bed, which make you feel itchy or even cause skin allergy to you 2. Very DANGEROUS region, there are very desolate, many damaged cars there and lots of people with unfriendly glimpse. It is an AWFUL experience, which made me feel insecure all the time. Never and ever to come if you want to have a SAFE journey. It’s unwise to sacrifice your safety in exchange of cheap price.」

「When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread. We obtained the key and entered the apartment. "The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"
