「We were checked into an accessible room. When we came back from dinner we took our shoes off and our socks were soaking wet and we could smell mold. The carpeting from the air conditioner to the bed was soaking wet. They moved us to another room but the shower chair from the other room did not fit. We had to turn it sideways and it was difficult to get in and out of the shower. I'm requesting a credit for the stressful beginning to our stay. I thought the rooms were inspected before checking in...

「Everything was very nice and clean. It would have 5 stars all the way around, but there was no closet or dresser to place your clothes. We stayed there for a week and had to use the hooks in the kitchen/dining room to hang clothing. We also wanted to put the dishes in the dishwasher the night before we checked out, but the dishwasher did not power up. Other than that....it was a beautiful property and it made our Cedar Point trip that much better.」

「This hotel looked so cute from the outside. Inside was very clean. I noticed on at least one review stated their bed was broke. Ours also wasn’t the sturdiest in our first room. But I reached out to service and they switched our room without an issue! So big brownie points for that. I also really appreciated that their TV had the streaming apps. (Hotels normally just have cable 👎👎). The guests before us were even nice enough to stay logged in! Jk! But this hotel gets a 4.5 star rating from me!」

「Quite location off main road. 5 min walk to store and restaurants. Nice having bar with outdoor pool. Cooler days you have indoor hot tub and indoor pool. The indoor /outdoor pool are not available after Labor Day. Breakfast available with juice , coffee , tea , cereal , yogurt , granola bars , pre packaged pastries. Rooms very basic , satellite TV with option to sign into your Netflix acct . Small refrigerator but no microwave. Microwaves might be available on request however we didn’t need...
