Super friendly owners who are trying very hard to welcome everyone and provide a quality stay. They are the loveliest people and genuinely caring about their guests. The building is tired and sound does carry, but for the price it’s a good option.

Only issue was the door rattles in the wind, but a bag up against it and was fixed. Just needs a bit of the felt sticky surround put on the door jam. Clean, tidy, quiet, good value. I'll be back.

Well done Poinsettia!
Well laid out and renovated almost successfully. Good number of power points though that near bedside is loose on wall. Good bench in bathroom and generous accessories. Needs good reading lamps on both bedsides. Needs an opening window with crimsafe screen.

Was okay. Not worth the price. Staff were lovely but room was misleading and fan in bathroom wasn’t working. Late at night heard people outside that were very loud and made me and my parter feel unsafe

Hi Natalie, thank you for your feedback. Bathroom fan was fixed as soon as we realised it's making noise. We're sorry to hear that you felt unsafe. We do request our guests to keep noise to minimum after 9 pm and let reception staff know if someone's disturbing them. We are committed to provide safe and comfortable accommodation to our guests. Cheap room, clean where it counts. That said, a number of fixtures (vents/showerhead) could do with a cleaning.

Great little gem
Room was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly and accommodating, reopening our room when we forgot something, quite early in morning.....sorry about that..😊😊

We arrived at the property and we were told via phone before arriving we could park out cararavan and car within the grounds. However after checking the area provided it was not suitable and we had to decline the booking. The owner was lovely and agreed it was not suitable, she offered a full refund and she was very obliging, I would happily recommend this motel as the owners are very reasonable people.
